Starxis

Starxis is a C++ 2D top-down space shooter designed for a party of 1 to 10 players with Online-Play support. The game has campaign progression and survival mode, complete levels to unlock more content or ships, each ship has it's own set of four abilities, use them to benefit yourself or help your team. 

Full Game will feature 10+ ships, 35+ Enemies, 35+ Achievements and more!

I've wanted to create a space shooter project for long time and finally got around to doing it right. I plan for a Steam release if people enjoy the game and want to help fund. Full game will feature more ships, enemies and campaign levels, possibly backstory. While I'm not the best at drawing I have lots of passion for writing and game mechanics and that's what counts.

ideas, ships and enemy sprites are all original and created by me however some of the sprites details have been enhanced with AI.
